How much does shipping cost?

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over $100, including white-glove delivery service on qualifying Sublime art within the US! For orders under $100, we offer standard shipping for $9 within the US. Shipping costs outside the US are calculated at check out.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. Due to regulations, we cannot expedite shipping of matchboxes. For made-to-order items, please note that the expedited timeline only applies to shipping, not to production. For expedited production options, please contact us.

Where do you ship?

St. Frank can ship to street addresses in the continental US. Because most of our products are shipped via FedEx, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 

Can I place an international order?

St. Frank does ship internationally to most countries. If you do not see your country available for shipping, please contact us. Due to regulations, we cannot ship matchboxes internationally.

How long will it take to receive my order?


Orders begin the process of framing within 24 hours of being placed online. Each piece is custom framed to your specifications and the processing and shipping time varies depending on the piece. Orders placed after 2 PM Pacific will begin processing on the following business day.


Each board piece is made-to-order and takes 7-12 weeks to ship.


Please allow 4-6 weeks to ship your custom products.


For orders over 5 yards, your fabric yardage will be custom printed to order. Lead times vary, depending on the pattern. Please check the information for your particular pattern for more specific timelines.


All wallpaper orders will be custom printed to order. Please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery.


Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of being placed online.

Due to government-mandated COVID-19 staff reductions and closures, the below lead times have been extended:

*We have limited quantities in stock and will ship orders from stock if possible. For all other orders, our surfboard production has been paused. We will resume production as soon as we are able to. 

**Our wallpaper printing has been paused. Any orders received during the closure will be prioritized when our printers re-open.

***These fabric patterns are currently experiencing a 4-week delay and will ship in 8-10 weeks: Black Classic Mud Cloth, Dots Indigo, Pangden, Tree of LIfe, and Vines Indigo. All other patterns will ship in 4-6 weeks.


Can I expedite my order?

Yes! Choose the expedited shipping option you desire at checkout with the exception of sublime art, surfboards, fabric by the yard, and wallpaper. Please note: all orders placed during weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day, so keep this in mind as you factor in delivery timing. Orders placed after 1 PM ET on business days will begin processing on the following business day. Please contact us if you have any questions or if you are interested in expediting an art or yardage order.

Can I check the status of my order online?

Upon purchase, you will receive an email from St. Frank confirming that your order has been placed. You will receive another e-mail notification with tracking information when your order has been shipped. If you have ordered Sublime art, you will receive an email when it has shipped and one of our preferred carriers will email or call you within 2-8 business days to schedule a specific delivery time and date depending on your availability.

How will my order be received?


Standard Delivery

Each St. Frank piece is carefully packaged to ensure that it arrives in pristine condition. If you place an order for multiple pieces, they will each arrive in their own box. Standard delivery orders will be shipped via FedEx and delivered right to your front door. FedEx delivers Monday through Friday and does not schedule appointments. Saturday deliveries are possible in certain geographies.

White-Glove Delivery for Qualifying Sublime pieces

White-glove delivery includes a delivery appointment, inside delivery, placement in the room of your choice, and removal of all packaging materials. All qualifying Sublime art will be delivered with white-glove service.

Deliveries are made within a four hour window of your choice. Weekend delivery may be available depending on your location. Please contact us should you foresee any delivery challenges at your home, such as multiple flights of stairs.


Each product is carefully packaged to ensure that it arrives in pristine condition. If you place an order online for multiple products, we will consolidate boxes to the extent possible. Orders will be shipped via FedEx and delivered right to your front door.

You're having a sale. What's included?

For most of our promotional sales, collaboration items and already discounted items are not included (unless otherwise stated).

What if my product arrives damaged?

St. Frank stands 100% behind our products. Each piece is carefully finished and packed to ensure safe transport. We have selected our shipping vendors for their quality of service and care of the product. We encourage you to inspect your items on receipt of your purchase. In the event that damage occurs in transit or you discover any manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges on all items with the exception of custom, yardage, and sale items. Items must be in new condition, and jewelry/apparel must be unworn. We offer a full refund on items returned within 30 days of receiving your order, and store credit after 30 days.

Due to the difficulty of packaging and shipping of Sublime size art, St. Frank will charge a fee for returning art of this size. Please contact us for further information.

All custom, teepee, surfboard, yardage, discounted, and sale items are not refundable or exchangeable. 

Please use the prepaid return label in your package to ship your return back to us. If you do not have a return label, please contact us.

How do I take care of and clean my St. Frank piece?


Note: Do not use window cleaning sprays or products containing ammonia, alcohol, or acetone on your St. Frank piece.


Surface gloss can be maintained by using a soft cloth and specialty plastic cleaner or polish, following cleaning fluid container instructions.


Begin by gently blowing away any loose dust or dirt from the lucite surface. Using a mild soap solution or a plastic cleaner and a non-abrasive lint-free cloth, wipe the surface using light pressure. To remove grease, oil, or tar deposits use hexane or kerosene followed by a soap solution.

Removing Scratches

Fine scratches may be removed by hand polishing with a plastic polish scratch remover. Remove all residue and polish with a soft cloth.


Please remove the down insert before cleaning your pillow cover.

Please clean only when necessary. Vacuum to remove everyday dirt. For dried residue, scrub with a gentle brush to loosen then vacuum. Refer to the Care & Cleaning card paired with your order for the cleaning guidelines for your particular rug. 


Please clean with water and soap. Do not clean in dishwasher. 


Please spot treat only to prevent fading of the print. Iron on medium if needed.


Our wallpapers can be wiped clean with mild soap and water using a soft cloth or sponge. We suggest that you test any cleaning method in a discrete area first.
